A middle aged woman has been charged at Milimani law courts in Nairobi with obtaining money by false pretenses
Hadija Asif Bati was accused that on different dates between September 2014 and December 30, 2016 with intent to defraud, obtained Sh 36,000,000 from Holu Halkano by falsely pretending that she were in a position to sell him one acre of land LR No. 1160/211B at Karen a fact she knew to be false.
She was released on Sh 3 million cash bail.
