Nairobi Metropolitan Services Major General Mohammed Badi and acting Nairobi Governor Benson Mutura today toured Green Park Terminus shortly after his Swearing in at City Hall.
Accompanied by over 40 Members of the County Assembly led by the assembly's leadership, the team was taken through various facilities within the modern terminus complete with a Dispensary, creche/nursing room, modern ablution block and wash rooms, supermarket, police post and lounge to enhance comfort for travellers.
Ahead of operationalisation of the terminus, the Dispensary is already functional with the medical practitioners already having attended to 6 people.
Green Park is 85% complete and will serve vehicles from Lang'ata road, Ngong road and those from Nairobi West and Madaraka.
The acting Nairobi Governor Benson Mutura, shortly after his swearing in signed Nairobi City County Appropriation Bill 2020 paving way for release of funds to NMS while he assured of smooth transition and quality service delivery.
