He accuses the leadership of the Ports Authority of cycling corruption that may cripple its operations.
“The state-owned Agency has been ailing from corruption involving Top Management bosses, “said Agutu.
He accuses KPA’s Electrical Department headed by Eng Amaluti Mathews of minting money from suppliers who are desperate of doing business with the port from kickbacks bid bribe using proxy companies and individuals.
Agutu through his intelligence says he has established the massive graft at the port through the bank accounts including Leah Nthambi Bryant at I&M Bank Limited Mombasa Branch,Ollrery Investment account at Barclays Bank Mombasa Branch,Jomaki Enterprises Ltd account at Credit Bank Limited Mombasa Branch and Amuti Mathews Head of electrical KPA an account at Barclays Bank Mombasa Branch.
Dr, Agutu says that he wrote to the Director Fields EACC Mr. Jackson Mue in a letter dated May 26,2020 to conduct investigations into the allegations of transactions into the said accounts and establish why suppliers were subjected to double pay or commit their payments through the listed cartels.

Dr. Agutu noted that KPA needs the intervention of His Excellency the President Uhuru Kenyatta to streamline the operation and immediate arrest of Eng. Amuti and cartels, according to the county commissioner Mombasa County.
He says that those peddling drugs at the port are the cartels operating schemes of dirty tricks and handsome corrupt activities, KPA is a regional harbor and should be considered highly economic attraction industry in build up to the GDP.
The Kenya Ports Authority is at power play with many casting aspersion as to who is next to power and who can play best will win the position of the MD , that has attracted over 180 interested persons , the cartels at the port calling short have already package themselves to have a do or die scenario in placing one of their own at the helm of management.
Several actors who supported the process have been drawn into culminating politics of mudslinging and underwater deals with secret meetings .
